I have been a fan of Katie's Rose Cottage for quite some time. I have often found myself browsing the website enchanted by the romantic style that lends itself to the embrace of yesteryear.  Offering beautiful, dreamy, unique products at incredibly reasonable prices, I can't help but get happy when I visit their site. So, I was really excited to get to know a little about Lori and the wonder that is Katie's Rose Cottage.

 

Lori Avery and her daughters, Kristin Brandon and Stephanie Gravell, are the creative forces behind this sweet little shop. Lori says that when Katie's Rose Cottage first begin, it was a small side venture that she could use as her creative outlet. As her daughters grew, so did the business and over time it became less of a hobby and more of a dream turned into reality. Her girls now have babies of their own and the small (truly adorable) website has turned into a family run business that allows her daughters to work from home.  Lori says one of their secrets is "having three of us pouring into Katie's Rose Cottage allows us to combine our unique creative abilities into one beautiful website!"  

 

"Since joining with my daughters",  Lori says, "we have been able to add more unique creations, such as our Ellie Grace line which offers vintage accessories for your baby girl". The trios favorite and most popular items on the website are the handmade things such as purses, pillows, and vintage bottles. Lori adds that "everday we work with each other to come up with new and exciting ideas". She also says that, "It is such a joy to work together with my daughters and their babies on a daily basis. Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing an artistic pastime turn into a business in which we can share our new creations and lives with you!"
